Wang Jinbiao - CEO

He is one of the founders of Lanwair (Beijing) Exploration Technology Co., Ltd., is the director and CEO of Lanwair.

Also is the member of the professional committee of nuclear geophysics of “China Geophysical Society” and lifelong member of “China Geophysical Society”.

He has a master's degree in geophysics from Donghua University of Technology and has been deeply engaged in the geophysics industry for 15 years.

He successively held the posts of the sales director, deputy general manager and general manager of the company.

He has participated in many domestic and international industry academic conferences, such as the annual meeting of China Geophysical Union (CGU), the annual meeting of American Geophysical Union (AGU), the American Society of International Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) and so on.

In 2020, he initiated the establishment of Lanwair (Beijing) Exploration Technology Co., Ltd, and he is the director and CEO of the company and fully responsible for the operation of the company.

Tiger Lim - General Manager of Lanwair (Guangzhou)  

In July 1997, he graduated from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) in Applied Geophysics major; 

In 2012, he graduated from Lingnan College of Sun Yat-sen University with a master's degree in MBA;

From 1997 to 2001, he worked in Guangzhou Geological Survey Institute of China Metallurgical Exploration Geology General Administration, and served as the director of GIS and be responsible for engineering geophysical exploration projects; 

From 2001 to 2003, he was transferred to Guangzhou Zhengyuan Geographic Information Engineering Co., Ltd of China Metallurgical Group Corporation, serves as the deputy general manager in charge of technology;

From 2003 to 2018, he joined European and American Dadi Technology Group Company and successively served as sales engineer, product director, product manager, manager of geophysical exploration division, general manager of exploration service company and so on; From 2020 to 2021, appointed as the deputy general manager, in charge of pipe network detection, test, repair and GIS production of Guangzhou Tianchi Surveying and Mapping Technology Co., Ltd;

Since 2021, he has been transferred to general manager of Lanwair (Guangzhou) Exploration Technology Co., Ltd. Focus on the field and be familiar with the principle, operation and data analysis of geophysical exploration, detection and monitoring, and have rich experience in field use, data analysis and project management of engineering geophysical exploration.

Zhang Geng - Technical Director

Doctor of engineering, graduated from Chengdu University of Technology in earth exploration and information technology.

He is the technical director of Lanwair (Beijing) Exploration Technology Co., Ltd and the chief geological radar engineer of the technical service center (China) of Canadian Sensors & Software Inc.

He has been engaged in teaching and training, scientific research and test, instrument test, engineering application and other work of geological radar for many years. He ever served as the main researcher, completed a number of national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, and published 14 academic papers.He won the third prize of the national defense science and technology progress award issued by the MIT. The "rapid diagnosis technology of internal defects of asphalt concrete panel anti-seepage system" was listed in the key promotion and guidance catalogue of advanced and practical water conservancy technology in 2021 by the Science and Technology Promotion Center of the Ministry of Water Resources, and participated in the preparation of some chapters of the book “Safety Evaluation and Quality Inspection of Concrete Structure of Water Conveyance Project”.

Lu Bin - Chief Solid Geophysical Engineer 

He has 13 years of experience in the deployment, design, installation and debugging, analysis and evaluation of ground, borehole and seabed seismic observation instruments. He has been invited to visit the world's leading manufacturers of seismic instruments such as DMT company in Germany, Tokyo Vibration Measurement Co., Ltd. in Japan and Guralp company in the UK for many times to study and technical exchange.

At present, he is the chief solid geophysical engineer of Lanwair (Beijing) Exploration Technology Co., Ltd., mainly responsible for the technical support, acceptance training and after-sales maintenance of earthquake measurement and strong earthquake products.

He has participated in dozens of acceptance training and technical support projects, including

“China's first long cycle broadband submarine seismograph test in the South China Sea”, “the NE sea and land joint survey in Bohai sea area”, and the “Belt and Road” seismic monitoring network project acceptance and so on, and hundreds of instruments and equipment have been maintained and repaired. 

Xiao Heng - Product Sales Manager

He is responsible for all projects of all products of British Guralp company in China and provides services for Chinese users of Guralp products.

He has been engaged in geophysical product service for nearly 15 years, about 5 years in the service of marine survey products.

He is familiar with all geophysical products at home and abroad and has rich experience in industrial product service, with strong interest in geophysical product service industry, so as to provide best service for users.
